Hello and season’s greetings to one and all! The Centre for Distance Education’s staff is back in the office and ready to have their most productive year yet, full of happy, disciplined students who graduate on time and go on to land jobs and begin building their new careers!
Since it’s resolution time, why not mark your graduation date on a calendar in big red letters right now? It will give you the incentive to continue to submit weekly and keep to the goal you set yourself when you signed up for this program in the first place.
As you can imagine, there are many emails and assignments waiting for us to attend to after our short time away from the office. We really appreciate your patience as we get to the work you so diligently continued to submit throughout the holiday season.
We are proud of the attention and constructive feedback we give to each assignment, so please understand that we can’t have marks for you right away in order to make sure you get the best feedback possible.
Assignments will be marked in chronological order from the date they were submitted. We expect to have all waiting assignments, as well as the ones you’ll be submitting next week, marked by the end of next Friday, January 7th. Meanwhile, please check your report card periodically starting Monday.
We wish all the best to you and yours in this, 2009, your graduating year!
